Which mask should I use for my skin??

Have you tried mud before? We have created a range of face masks that are deep cleansing, detoxifying, rehydrating, and very uplifting. We do not use any chemicals, fragrances, or oils, nothing that harms or damages, in fact our masks are very healing.

We have a range to suit most types:

Apply mask all over face, it is safe enough to apply right up and the eyes, as that is where toxins and impurities tend to gravitate causing dark circles/bags. Don?t forget the neck area, as you will notice results and will want to keep it even. That being said, our Masks are ideal for spot treatments, ie treat oily t-zones - ie nose for blackheads, and spot treatments for individual pimples/blemishes.

You will notice that the mask dries in patches. One of the many benefits of using mud is that it helps restore the skin?s natural ph-balance. What that means is that it helps keep your skin, or restore it to, the best possible condition your skin can be in. The damp patches represent areas requiring more ?work?, ie dehydrated areas, oily zones, blemishes, or could even be low energy. Over time you will notice that these areas will start to dry more quickly and evenly as you skin restores or heals itself.

It dries quite tight, and ?when you smile your face will crack?. But that is OK, it is not one of those masks that makes you speak through clenched teeth. This mask allows you to? talk even laugh, you just look a bit strange ? Once the mask has dried it has pretty much done its job, however our research suggests that the longer you can leave on the mask the better. All the time to mask is on your skin it is working, especially if you are treating more problem areas (ie individual blemishes etc).

There is an old saying that says, ?if you can?t eat or drink it, you shouldn?t be putting it on your skin?. Our masks follow this adage, as the clays used are all able to be taken internally, and the wonderful mineral water that we use comes from a clay deposit, and is certainly able to be drunk! There is nowhere on your body that our mud masks cannot be applied!

Our Mud Masks are a wonderful deep cleanser, there is no need to cleanse you face, as that is what it is, a deep cleanser, its your exfoliator, as it gets rid of dead skin cells, helps tighten enlarged pores, refines fine lines, and evens skin tone, leaving you skin fresh and toned, therefore it is your toner too. It also re-hydrates your skin and there is no need to moisturise straight after removing the mask.

How often you use it is up to you, it is perfectly safe to use daily, especially for those who do not have a daily skin-care regime in place or for those unable to use a lot of commercially available products.

However it perfectly complements any skin-care and can be used weekly or when ever your skin needs a deep-cleanse and /or rejuvenation. Our masks are wonderful for those occasions when you have to go out and can?t be bothered, just apply a mask before your shower, and let the wonderful healing power of the crystals used in the clay uplift you. Another useful time to apply masks is first thing in the morning, especially after a late or restless night as the healing power of the clay eliminates the sting of too-tired eyes.

To remove masks is a very simple process, it just lifts off with water. No pulling, tugging, tearing to remove the mask as is often the case with many commercially-available products, and in our experience can be more damage than good. Our masks lift off simply and easily under water. The easiest and quickest way is under the shower, however masks can easily be removed using a face-washer and cool or warm water!
